Origin of Easter
The Christian world has been led to believe that Easter
came into being because of the resurrection
of Jesus Christ. Like Christmas, Easter predated Christianity by
many hundreds of years and even its name, the egg
and bunny all found their way into Christendom even
though they represented pagan gods and mythology.
Believe it or not, Christ was not resurrected on Easter Sunday morning.
